- March 2004 - March 2005, Borsec, Romania - Integrated Environmental Assessment (IEA): Capacity Building. Within the framework of the Local Agenda 21 project a new activity emerged from the partnership of the National Centre for Sustainable Development (NCSD) and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), with the purpose of obtaining an increased environmental protection through the introduction of the Integrated Environmental Assessment (IEA) practice in Romania. The objectives of the project were to introduce and increase the use of Integrated Environmental Assessment in Romania.
